5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Allure Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs (for international orders), or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible, unused items in original packaging. Certain products — including opened skincare, lip products, and mascaras — are final sale for hygiene reasons. Items marked "SALE" or purchased with a discount code exceeding 20% off are also non-returnable.
