SHIPPING POLICY

At Allure Ritual, we believe that receiving your beauty essentials should feel as luxurious as using them. We're committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.

Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days) Free on all orders over $75. A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders under $75.

 

Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days) Available for $12.99 on all orders. Select at checkout.

 

Overnight Shipping (Next Business Day) Available for $24.99. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST Monday–Friday.

 

Please Note:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Allure Ritual is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Final sale items (marked "SALE" or purchased with a discount code exceeding 20% off) are non-returnable.

  • For hygiene reasons, the following categories are final sale: opened skincare, lip products, and mascaras.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@allureritual.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

  3. Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  4. Once received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

 

Exchanges We offer size and shade exchanges on eligible products. To request an exchange, contact us at returns@allureritual.com. We'll ship your new item as soon as your return is received.

 

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@allureritual.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
